Staten Joins Workforce Genetics as a Life Sciences Recruiter
Baltimore, MD, May 23, 2022– Workforce Genetics (WFGX) has added another recruiter to its expanding life sciences talent team. Former scientist Alexis Staten has joined the company as a Life Sciences Recruiter.
Staten brings a unique background to her Life Sciences Recruiter role at Workforce Genetics. Prior to joining the company, she was a lab assistant at Curative and a lab technician at Oak Ridge Institute for Science and Education. She also brings significant experience in customer service to her new role.
“Alexis is a great new addition to Workforce Genetics and is yet another team member that brings hands-on lab experience to the table, which is an invaluable asset when it comes to finding great matches between candidates and employers,” stated WFGX’s CEO Chris Frew. “She has an innate ability to truly connect with people, which is something that is so valuable in recruiting that you can’t teach.”
Alexis will utilize her passion for science and experience in the lab to build bridges between job candidates and potential employers, maximizing both the candidate experience and employer talent acquisition success.
“Alexis is passionate about connecting the right candidates to the right job and employer. Delivering an outstanding candidate experience and building strong, trust-based relationships with our clients is Workforce Genetics’ mission and Alexis is all in,” Frew added.
