Matt Majoros has an impressive track record of managing diverse teams and implementing effective strategies tailored for companies ranging from nimble startups to large organizations with multi-billion-dollar revenues within life sciences, healthcare, IT and engineering, and the government contracting sectors. His track record of translating a company’s strategic goals and objectives into actionable, efficient talent acquisition solutions is a hallmark of his expertise, ensuring exceptional results and a continuous pipeline of top-tier professionals for any organization. Most recently Matthew was the Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations for KBR, Inc, Defense & Technology Solutions Business Unit, a 2 billion in revenue operation. He started his career at Hanover, MD-based Aerotek where he was an accomplished Practice Lead overseeing divisional strategy, execution and training for a team of account executives and recruiters.
