Meet Paul Streng

Paul brings a deep and diverse background to his Senior Talent Consultant role. He has a successful track record as a life science recruiter where he has leveraged his experience as a bench and field scientist to connect the right candidates to the right life sciences organizations. Prior to joining the Workforce Genetics team, Paul held a number of roles including executive recruiter, technical support scientist, lab supervisor and scientific product manager and marketer. He brings two decades of scientific and recruiting experience to an already deep Workforce Genetics talent team.

Paul lives in Las Vegas with his wife; he is a self-professed foodie and in his spare time he enjoys running.

Why should a client work with you?

I can use my experience as a scientist to vet candidates and ensure they’re a good fit. I can also help employers identify what they need because I’ve been on the other side as a scientist looking for a new opportunity. The biggest thing is that I’m not a transactional recruiter. I want to build long term relationships with candidates and my clients where I strive to become an extension of their talent team and a trusted advisor.
